The TARDIS gets a bit mucky visiting all those planets, and the Doctor decides to take action.
The reason why it's 7 is.. uh.. actually there wasn't really a reason, 'cept I thought he'd look cute in yellow wellies.
And clearly you can see why this is a comic about the TARDIS and not about the Doctor, because I can't draw humans (or Time Lords) for squat. xD
